High-Performance Adhesive for Secure Membrane Bonding
The High Tack Membrane Adhesive is a specialized adhesive formulated for secure bonding of ME220 Elastomeric EPDM Membranes to a range of construction substrates, including aluminum, metal, zinc-plated metal, wood, PVC-U, concrete, and cement particle board. This adhesive is designed for professional facade installations, providing excellent weatherproofing, UV resistance, and durability over time. It creates a strong and reliable bond that resists ageing and environmental stressors, ensuring the integrity of the membrane in both short-term and long-term applications.
With a fast-drying time of approximately 10 minutes at 20°C and a high peel strength of over 75 N per 25 mm, the OT015 is ideal for projects that require efficiency and precision. Its unique formulation allows it to withstand temperature fluctuations from -20°C to +60°C for extended periods and up to +80°C for shorter durations, making it suitable for varied climates and applications. Each 600 ml sausage of OT015 can cover approximately 7 to 8 linear meters based on a 10 mm bead, providing ample coverage for large installations.
The OT015 High Tack Membrane Adhesive is easy to apply and produces minimal mess, thanks to its precise dispensing and controlled application. It is recommended to use a seam roller for consolidation and to avoid excess adhesive spillage. Installation is straightforward but requires a well-ventilated area, and all necessary protective equipment should be used as specified in the safety data sheet. For increased stability in larger membrane applications, temporary fixings may be used until the adhesive fully cures. This high-performance adhesive meets the demands of construction professionals by offering a reliable, durable, and efficient solution for bonding EPDM membranes in critical building applications.

Trade customers
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Sale, faulty or damaged goods may be returned if these have been inspected upon delivery or where not possible, signed for them as “not examined” and that we have been notified within 3 working days from receiving the goods.
Incorrectly delivered items must be returned in their original condition, in unopened packaging, as delivered, with proof of purchase.
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods
If an order has been placed incorrectly, and that we have been notified within 3 working days from receiving the goods, we may at our discretion agree a return of the goods, however these will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Where an item is bespoke or has been decorated returns will not be accepted.

Cancellation
If ordering goods as a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel the order for any reason and receive a full refund including any standard delivery charges. To exercise your right you must notify us by email/post/phone within 14 calendar days from order acceptance or from receiving the goods. If the order is delivered in installments, the time-frame ends 14 calendar days after you receive the final installment. This does not apply to bespoke or decorated goods.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from cancellation of order and you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. Any refunds owed will be paid within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used on the original order.

You may return faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods within 30 days from receiving them. Goods should be returned in their original condition and we will issue a replacement or refund.
