This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from bamsitedirect.co.uk (the “Site”).

2.1.1       communicate with you in relation to your orders, for example to advise you of delivery dates and to notify you of any changes to our business which may impact you (which may include notifying you of any updates or changes to this Privacy Policy);

2.1.2       screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

2.2          We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

2.3          The legal conditions we rely upon to process your personal information are:

2.3.1       that we require your Order Information in order to perform a contract with you and supply products to you which you have purchased through the Site, and our use of your personal information is reasonably necessary in that context;

Right to object to how we use your personal information for direct marketing purposes

7.1.6       you can request that we change the manner in which we contact you for marketing purposes.  You can request that we not transfer your personal information  to unaffiliated third parties for the purposes of direct marketing or any other purposes; and

Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

7.1.7       you have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example, the Information Commissioner's Office) if you have concerns about how we are processing your personal information.  We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us first, although you have a right to contact your supervisory authority at any time.
