Garment embroidery produces a long lasting, robust, yet attractive method of showcasing your company logo. We use Tajima embroidery machines which are respected throughout the industry for the finished quality.
Embroidery is most commonly used on leisure and corporate workwear garments to provide a hard wearing alternative to print.
Logos can be produced with up to 15 colours per design, all threads are pantone referenced to ensure a colour match.
Heat applied transfer application
Transfer printing provides a long lasting option for all types of leisure and workwear garments. It is especially suited to waterproof products. Heat applied transfers provide flexibility in both the size and position of your logo requirement.
Screen printed transfers are produced from high quality pantone matched inks, suitable for both smaller and larger logos. We also offer CAD cut transfers in house for smaller simple designs (limited colours available).
We provide a range of services that deliver the very best options for decorating your chosen garments with your corporate identity. By using the combined experience of our team and latest technology in digital artwork production we offer a solution to meet all your requirements.
There are two methods of application of your logo to a safety helmet.
We only use transfers incorporating the correct adhesive approved by the manufacturers of the helmet to ensure that the EN397 standards are always adhered to. Helmet transfers are digitally produced so there are no limitations in the number of colours in your design.
This is carried out at source by the helmet manufacturer to ensure compliance with EN397. We currently provide printing options from all leading manufacturers and are happy to provide a quotation upon request.
